Hi. I wonder if it would be possible to create the bootable backup on a 2nd external drive instead of on a partition of the TM drive? I don't have my computer anymore and can't afford a new one. But I have a TM backup of my old system.. Now I want to create a bootable backup from the TM to use on my sister's mac without messing with her system.

Thanks- Wilhelm

Thanks for posting! So in conclusion... just use SuperDuper or Carbon Copy to begin with.
